What does Pawrat Technologies do?
We design, develop and support websites, custom software, SaaS platforms, business management systems and AI-driven digital solutions for businesses, institutions and organizations.
Do you only build websites, or also software?
Both, and everything in between. Beyond websites, we build custom software, SaaS platforms, business management systems, and AI/automation solutions. Website design is one of eight service areas we offer — see our Services page for the full list.
What industries do you work with?
We build solutions across healthcare, pharmacy, education, retail & e-commerce, hospitality, manufacturing, finance & cooperatives, agriculture, logistics, construction, NGOs and professional services, among others. Visit our Industries page for details on each.
Where is Pawrat Technologies based, and can you work with businesses outside Nigeria?
We're based in Lagos, Nigeria. Most of our work is delivered remotely, so we work with clients across Africa and internationally.
Pricing
How much does a website or software project cost?
It depends on scope — a landing page costs very differently from a custom multi-tenant SaaS platform. We provide a tailored quote after understanding your requirements; use our Request a Quote form to get started.
Do you offer fixed pricing or hourly billing?
We typically price projects based on defined scope, so you know the cost upfront before work begins. For ongoing work like maintenance or support retainers, we can also arrange recurring pricing.
Is there a minimum project size you take on?
We work with projects of varying sizes, from a single landing page to full enterprise systems. Share your requirements via our quote form and we'll let you know if it's a good fit.
What's included in the quoted price — do you charge extra for revisions?
Our quotes clearly outline what's included, including a reasonable number of revision rounds during development. Requests that fall outside the agreed scope are discussed and quoted separately before any additional work begins.
Products
What ready-made software products does Pawrat offer?
We build and maintain six software products: CEMR (hospital management), Gpharms (pharmacy management), SmartAkant (accounting), IZE POS (point-of-sale), ZeniHR (HR management) and Smartschol (school management). Visit our Solutions page for details on each.
Can I try a product before committing?
Yes — each product page has a "Request Demo" option. Submit a request and our team will arrange a walkthrough.
Are your products customizable, or fixed?
Our software products are built to work well out of the box for most businesses in their category. If your business needs deeper customization beyond what a product offers, we can discuss a custom development engagement instead.
Do your products work for businesses with multiple branches or locations?
Several of our products — including Gpharms and IZE POS — are built as multi-tenant platforms specifically to support businesses operating across multiple branches or locations.
Support
Do you provide support after a project is delivered?
Yes. We offer ongoing maintenance and support — security updates, bug fixes, backups and monitoring — so your website or software stays reliable after launch, not just at delivery.
How do I report an issue or request support?
Existing clients can submit a support ticket through the Client Portal. You can also reach us through our Contact page.
What's the difference between the Client Portal and the Support page?
The Client Portal is where existing clients view their projects, invoices, documents and subscriptions, and submit support tickets. It requires a client account, which we set up when your project begins.
Do you offer maintenance plans, or only one-off fixes?
Both. We offer ongoing maintenance and support plans for clients who want proactive care (updates, monitoring, backups), as well as one-off fixes for specific issues.
