1. Who we are

2. Information we collect

We only collect what's needed to respond to you, deliver a service, or run an account you've created:

• Contact and quote forms — name, email, phone, company, project details, and any file you choose to attach.
• Job applications — name, contact details, your résumé/CV file, and any cover letter text you submit.
• Client Portal accounts — name, company, email, phone, and the projects, invoices, subscriptions and support tickets tied to your account.
• Internship Portal accounts — name, email, phone, your progress through the internship's projects, and payment status.
• Newsletter sign-ups — your email address only.
• Payments — internship program payments are processed directly by Paystack. We never see or store your card, bank or payment credentials — only the confirmation that a payment succeeded and a transaction reference.
• Technical data — standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.

3. How we use it

• To respond to enquiries, quote requests and job applications.
• To create and manage your Client Portal or Internship Portal account, and deliver the services tied to it.
• To process internship payments (via Paystack) and issue certificates once earned.
• To send transactional emails — quote confirmations, ticket replies, payment confirmations. We do not send marketing email unless you've subscribed to the newsletter.
• To maintain the security and proper functioning of the site and portals.

4. Cookies

We use only essential, functional cookies — to keep you signed in to the Client Portal or Internship Portal, and to protect forms against cross-site request forgery. We do not use advertising, tracking or analytics cookies, and we do not sell or share your data with advertising networks. Disabling cookies in your browser will prevent portal login from working, since session cookies are how the portals recognize you're signed in.

5. Who we share data with

We don't sell personal data. We share it only with the third parties needed to run the service you're using:

• Paystack — to process internship program payments.
• Our hosting and email delivery providers — to run the site and deliver transactional emails.
• Law enforcement or regulators — only where required by law.

6. How long we keep data

We keep account data (Client Portal, Internship Portal) for as long as the account is active, and enquiry/application data for as long as reasonably needed to respond and for our own record-keeping. You can request deletion at any time — see section 8.

7. Data security

Passwords are stored hashed, never in plain text. Private files (invoices, ticket attachments, quote attachments, job applications) are only ever accessible through authenticated, ownership-checked routes — never a public link. Payment details are handled entirely by Paystack and never touch our servers.

8. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, or to unsubscribe from the newsletter, at any time by emailing admin@pawrattechnologies.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

9. Children's privacy

Our site and services are intended for businesses, professionals and internship applicants, and are not directed at children under 16.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site and its services change. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
