1. Who we are

Pawrat Technologies ("Pawrat", "we", "us") is a technology company based in Lagos, Nigeria, providing website development, custom software, SaaS platforms, business automation and data analytics services, along with the software products and the Data Analysis internship program described on this site.

2. Website use

Content on this site — text, design, graphics, logos and the Pawrat products showcased — belongs to Pawrat Technologies or the respective client/product it describes, and may not be copied or reused without permission. Quote requests, contact submissions and job applications must be accurate; submitting false information may result in your submission being disregarded.

3. Client services

A quote request or enquiry through this site is not, by itself, a binding agreement. The scope, price, timeline and deliverables for any project are set out separately once a client engagement begins. The Client Portal gives active clients access to their project status, invoices, subscriptions and support tickets — access is granted per engagement and may be suspended if an account is used outside its intended purpose.

4. Internship Portal & payment

• The Data Analysis internship is self-paced: interns work through projects in order (Excel, then Power BI, then SQL), attempting each project before revealing its video solution.
• The first 5 projects are free for every intern. Continuing beyond that requires a one-time payment, processed securely through Paystack, as stated on the Internship Portal's upgrade page at the time of payment.
• Payments are for access to the program's content, the job opportunities board, and eligibility for a certificate — not a guarantee of employment, income, or any specific outcome.
• A certificate is issued once an intern has paid and completed every currently published project. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis — contact us using the details in section 7.
• Access may be suspended for accounts used to share login credentials, redistribute project content, or otherwise misuse the portal.

5. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your Client Portal or Internship Portal password confidential and for activity that happens under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

6. Limitation of liability

This site and its portals are provided "as is." While we take reasonable care to keep them accurate, secure and available, we don't guarantee uninterrupted access, and we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the site or portals, to the extent permitted by law. This does not limit any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable Nigerian law.
